The customer has a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to return the products to the seller. The customer has to take notice of following points:
- The customer has to inform the seller through mail within three (3) days when sending back returns.
- Cost for shipping returns are for the account of the buyer.
- The returns have to be sent to the address of the seller.
- The package must be sufficiently stamped, and include the customer’s name, address and bank details.
- The returns are always shipped at risk of the purchaser, lost or damage goods for returned products are not the responsibility of the seller.
- The product must be in the original packaging and returned unopened.
- The product may not have been used.
- Dirty products will not be accepted.
Products in sale, customized products, and specific items that are not included in the standard stock, cannot be returned.
